The well-known rapper and TV personality Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánza, celebrated makeup mogul Kylie Jenner’s 23rd birthday through Instagram. Cardi B, the only female rapper with multiple billion-streamers on Spotify, first wished Jenner a happy birthday and then thanked her for appearing the music video of ‘WAP,’ which features Megan Three Stallion. B wrote:
“Happy Birthday 🎊 and thank you @kyliejenner for being in my music video.”
As known, Jenner’s appearance on the video caused a controversy among the Cardi B’s fans and they demanded Jenner to be removed from the video because of the Kardashian family’s “alleged appropriation of black culture.”
Then the “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker responded to the criticism and defended Jenner one more time by writing:
“I wanted different types of bad bitches in my video. Black, white, Latin, mix we all have WAPS! OK …but thank you always @krisjenner you always a call away for me and you treat me and mines like fam.”
Following the post, Kylie Jenner jumped into the comment section and sent her love through emojis:
“💋💋💋” commented, Jenner.
