The world’s most popular girl group BLACKPINK, consisting of members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa, dropped the latest release ‘The Album’ on Friday.
‘The Album,’ the first Korean-language studio album, was released through YG Entertainment and Interscope, and the group recorded 8 new songs for the album. The tracklist & line-up is as follows: ‘How You Like That,’ ‘Ice Cream ft. Selena Gomez,’ ‘Bet You Wanna ft. Cardi B,’ ‘Lovesick Girls,’ ‘Crazy Over You,’ ‘Love to Hate Me,’ and ‘You Never Know.’
The K-pop band released the news regarding the album through Instagram with a promotion video; alongside a note that reads “THE ALBUM’ is OUT NOW!”
The rapper Cardi B, who features the song ‘Bet You Wanna,’ tweeted:
“Got them listening muahahahah ….now that I got your attention STREAM “BET YOU WANNA” !!!!! Now now now !!!!!!!!”
The ‘WAP’ rapper, went on to say in another tweet:
“Ok my last tweet of the night …It really hard for me to do a verse with no curse words and PG😩😂..I really wanted to say ‘I bet if you get me WET I’ll still be on fire 😩😂😂I’ll be reposting tomorrow the whole day …make sure ya stream ‘BET YOU WANNA’”
