Young star Billie Eilish is gearing up for hitting playlist, with her latest musical release ‘Therefore I Am.’
Eilish, who recently took three Billboard Music Awards, including Top Female Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album, and Top New Artist, to her home, delivered the news through her verified Instagram account. The 18-year-old artist shared the cover art of the new single, and captioned it by expressing her excitement:
“NEW SINGLE “Therefore I Am” OUT THURSDAY 11/12 AT 10 AM PT. I’M SO EXCITED FOR THIS ONE🙈🙈🙈🙈”
As fans know, Eilish, who performed a livestream concert titled ‘Where Do We Go? The Livestream‘ on October 24 in order to support crew members working in the entertainment industry and affected by the novel coronavirus pandemic, announced the new single in September. The young singer first told of the single during an Instagram live session on September 14, and then said she would release a new song and music video through a series of Instagram posts.
The ‘Bad Guy’ singer’s third new single, came after ‘James Bond’ soundtrack ‘No Time To Die,‘ and ‘My Future.’ ‘Therefore I Am,’ getting its name from the common adage “I think, therefore I am” includes the following lyrics:
“I know supposedly I’m lonely now (lonely now) / Know I’m supposed to be unhappy / Without someone (someone) / But aren’t I someone? (Aren’t I someone? Yeah) / I’d (I’d) like to be your answer (be your answer) / ‘Cause you’re so handsome (you’re so handsome)”
