Ex-Disney star Bella Thorne, who made a huge switch on her career, took to her verified Instagram account to slam YouTube after the streaming giant temporarily removed the music video for her latest musical release ‘Shake It.’

Thorne, who celebrated Women’s History Month the other day by releasing a post announcing ten women inspired her throughout her entire life, asked YouTube:

“@youtube is this how you’re celebrating women’s month????

Rosing the fame for her role as ‘CeCe’ in the Disney Channel series ‘Shake It Up,’ Thorne stated that YouTube took the music video down and then put it back up after her fans asked where was the video. In her message, the young star also criticized the website for putting an age restriction on the video which includes a series of “intimate” scenes. The adult film actor continued:

“And now you put a Shocking restriction on the video so people can’t even find the video? You tweeted at me that you were sorry and that it was YouTube’s mistake, but you guys are are full of it and then you said sorry but still did it twice after. What’s that about!?”

Stating this kind of actions the huge websites took against her is the main reason that she is on Only Fans, Thorne concluded her words as follows:

“has big tech gotten too powerful and should section 230 be looked at again?😡😡😡 #shakeit #womenempowerment”

As fans might remember, back on February 23, the actor called out YouTube after the platform removed the music video; she tweeted at that time as follows and described the intimate scenes as having some fun with her friend:

“Hey @youtube – why’d you take down my video for Shake It? Is it because I’m having fun with @dangershewrote? Male artists always have women shaking a** in videos… why can’t we? Censorship against women needs to end!!! I’ll never stop fighting against this bulls**t. Stay tuned.”
