The ‘Rain On Me’ singer Ariana Grande made a statement by posting a series of a story through Instagram on June 6 and encouraged her followers to support the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement.
One of the highest-paid female musicians according to Forbes, Ariana Grande has been expressing through her social media channels that the police violence must be stopped and the system has to be changed, since the day George Floyd was murdered.
With this statement, she continued to speak out about the case by leading her followers, and she used the following words:
“I’m so inspired by the constant energy and strength of my fans and friends.
This week instead of sharing some organizations for covid relief (please see the highlight on my page if you’d like to catch up on some support those as well), I want to showcase some of the incredible work being done support of the #blacklivesmatter movement and share with you a few great organizations as that I’m supporting as well.”
Then the leading figure of pop music, Grande added:
“It’s imperative that we keep this momentum going and keep sharing/learning about new ways we can strengthen our allyship.
Please check these out/donate if you can/share with your friends/reach out.”
