Alicia Keys praised her husband Swizz Beatz one more time, for another reason; 17-time NAACP Image Award-winning singer & songwriter fired up her social media account the other day to celebrate the news regarding the VERZUZ founded by her husband and music producer Timbaland.
As may be known by fans, the webcast series that airs on Verzuz TV was sold to the company of the TikTok competitor Triller the other day, and producers Swizz Beatz and Timbaland have been larger shareholders in the parent company.
In order both to announce the news and celebrate it, Keys jumped into her verified Instagram account, posted a photo of herself with her husband, and said in the caption section that she continues to be amazed by the things he achieved. Then one of the top-selling artists told of the story of VERZUZ:
”One night, almost a year ago he came back in the house and woke me up and said, ‘Babe, I just got off of IG battling @Timbaland it was CRAZY!!!! The WiFi was bad so I had to drive up the block. I just did it from the car.’ THAT was the night #Verzus was born.”
Describing Kasseem Dean as “an alchemist,” Keys congratulated him to “turn metal to gold.” She continued praising Dean with the following words:
“So today I have to honor this brilliant man, this alchemist, because his brain just works differently! 🧠 And to merge @verzuztv with @triller AND give all 43 artists who believed in the vision from the day it started, SHARES IN THE Triller/Verzuz COMPANY is exactly the brilliant mind he is!”
At the end of her message, the ‘Underdog‘ hitmaker stated that Dean’s vision and success are never only about him, but all the people he affected, and she expressed her love for the husband one more time. Head this way to view the mentioned Instagram post.
