Further details, photos, and videos have come regarding Ashley Tisdale‘s delivery!
On March 30, the ‘High School Musical’ alum updated her Instagram feed with a couple of photos & videos she captured in the hospital room, shortly after welcoming her first child Jupiter Irıs French. As fans already know, the 35-year-old actor gave birth to her daughter on March 23, and she delivered the exciting news through her social media channels with a photo plus a short note.
A week after the delivery, Tisdale showed off the hospital room she adorned with a photo of her little puppy and some natural stones for positive energy. Alongside the photos showing the room and her husband Christopher French, she added a video in which she says “Water has just broken. We are doing it.”
Alongside all of them, she also added a lengthy message to share the details regarding the blessed moment. She began her message by saying that she cannot believe her baby is one week old now, and continued:
“I had an amazing labor experience, of course there was pain but I set my intentions that morning and it was exactly how I wanted Jupiter to enter the world.”
In her message, the actor stated that her doctor was superb, and she trusted she could “let go of any fears” because she “knew if something came up she could handle it.” After acclaiming her doc and medical team, Tisdale also praised her musician hubby. The new mother stated that French’s breathing techniques led her to calm down. In her own words:
“The nurses at Cedars that took such great care of us and of course my amazing husband @cmfrench who at times I looked at in my deepest pain and I could see he was scared but his calming nature and breathing techniques help me calm down. It was just amazing for both @cmfrench and I to see all these women cheering me on.”
