On February 22, a well-known singer and songwriter Ellie Goulding announced during an interview with Vogue Magazine that she is 30 weeks pregnant with her first child. This Vogue story accompanied by a series of photos of Goulding cuddling her baby bump in two different victorian, maxi dresses, made a huge wave in the celebs world.
Even though a number of celebs, Halsey, Emrata, Hilary Duff, and so on announced their pregnancy news during the pandemic, Goulding, who never gave a clue regarding the issue before, amazed her fans and followers. In the interview, the ‘Love Me Like You Do’ singer, expecting her baby with husband Caspar Jopling, said:
“That was not the plan. The thought of getting pregnant didn’t seem like it could be a reality. Becoming pregnant kind of made me feel human.”
As soon as the exciting news came along a number of Goulding’s industry friends jumped into the social media account to celebrate her & husband. Actor Aaron Paul, best known for his portrayal of ‘Jesse Pinkman‘ in the legendary TV series, ‘Breaking Bad,’ released the following message:
“This is absolutely incredible my friend. What a blessing. Congrats lovely!🖤👶🏻”
While Reese Witherspoon wrote that she is happy to hear the “wonderful news,” Kate Hudson added:
“Congrats! I’m so happy for you and your growing family! What joy ❤️❤️❤️”
Receiving hundreds of messages just like above, Goulding posted a photo of herself that sees her baby bump, and added the following message as a caption to thank her friends:
“I’ve received so many kind messages of love and well wishes today, thank you so much and thank you @voguemagazine”
