It seems that Justin Bieber‘s ex, Selena Gomez fans have not still got used to Hailey Baldwin.
On December 3, Bieber shared a video of a young woman, which she is seen calling out Gomez’s loyal fans to attack Baldwin through social media channels. In the video, the fan first said referring to Baldwin’s Instagram Live with Bare Minerals and Dendoll:
“Hailey Baldwin is going to do a Live, right?”
Then the angry fan continued by claiming that Bieber’s previous relationship with Gomez much better:
“Where she’s talking about herself, 20 questions with Justin Bieber. This is the time where they will not be turning off comments, so we need to fu***** bombard that s**t with Jelena and how Selena is better. Go after, please, let’s all go after her.”
To react to the call, Bieber wrote through Instagram Stories that posting this kind of video to encourage people to literally go after his wife, Baldwin is highly sad. Then the singer stated that as a couple, they face these bullies every single day. He continued:
“It is extremely hard to choose the high road when I see people like this try and really gather people to bully the person I love the most in this world. It is not right. I could easily let it steal my joy, but the lesson here is she is the one missing out!”
Baldwin also took to her verified Instagram account, reposted the statement Bieber had shared a few minutes ago, and released her own statement through Instagram Stories regarding the issue. The well-known model wrote that she prefers not to acknowledge these attacks to protect herself and her mental health, however, she now needs to say something on that hatred act. She continued:
“It has gotten to a level of anger and hate that is shockingly unhealthy and sad. I would never in a million years wish for someone to be treated this way and I will never condone this kind of hateful behavior. I hope she finds love, peace, and happiness in this life.”
Despite her fans’ offensive acts, Selena Gomez seems that has not a problem with the couple. So much so that, she asked her fans and followers multiple times to stop harassment against her ex-boyfriend and his wifey. Gomez stated in October during an Instagram Live session:
“It doesn’t matter what the situation is, if you’re my fans, don’t be rude to anybody, please.” Selena didn’t specify who she was talking about, but Justin and Hailey were getting a lot of heat at the time as well. Hopefully, everyone can learn to be kinder this holiday season.”
