DaniLeigh, born Danielle Leigh Curiel, dropped her latest album, titled ‘Movie‘ via Def Jam on November 13.
The young artist delivered the exciting news through social media; after teasing details day by day regarding the upcoming album, the rapper announced on Instagram the album is about to out. She also uploaded some accompanying visuals, which can be watched out via YouTube.
On the same day, Curiel, who is accepted as one of the most promising artists in the music industry, posted a snap with rapper MITCH from the set of the music video for ‘Movie,’ and captioned it as follows:
“When I first fell in love with my SUPERSTAR, he told me I’m like a girl from a MOVIE. Our relationship was a #MOVIE …. TONIGHT 🤍 thank u for ya support, can’t wait to see what you think 🍿🍿🍿”
DaniLeigh’s new album, which is marked as her second studio album, includes 16 records in total and contributions from DaBaby, PartyNextDoor, Gunna, Ty Dolla $ign, and more.
As fans might known, before sharing ‘Movie,’ the 25-year-old star released her debut album, titled ‘The Plan‘ in 2018, and then dropped ‘My Present‘ EP, which she describes as a gift to herself, in 2019, on her 24th birthday. While promoting the EP, she said that the records are fun and all of them express her. After that, the rapper & singer launched ‘Levi High‘ featuring DaBabby, and then ‘Dominican Mami,’ featuring Fivio Foreign.
