Miley and Noah Cyrus finally teamed up and released the groundbreaking duet from Backyard Sessions Unplugged, ‘I Got So High That I Saw Jesus (Live Recording) feat. Miley Cyrus,’ the other day.
The young sister, Noah Cyrus, who recently performed ‘This Is Us’ with Jimmie Allen at the 2020 CMT Music Awards, expressed her excitement about the very first musical collaboration with Miley. Noah posted the official cover art that the siblings appear holding hands adding the following message:
“No one knows how happy and excited Miley and I are to be releasing something TOGETHER for our VERY FIRST TIME!!!! and it’s NOT the last 🖤 Thank you sissy for singing with me and as always making it sound nothing but effortlessly beautiful.”
After thanking her sister and PJ HARDING for their contributions, Noah also showed her gratitude to her mother, Tish Cyrus for snapping the cover art photo while she and Miley were walking to the top of the hill at their house in Nashville.
“Miley and I call that day the best day ever and it was. I didn’t even know this photo existed till my mom posted it on Instagram.”
As known, the two covered the song ‘I Got So High That I Saw Jesus’ from Noah’s album ‘The End of Everything‘ for MTV’s acoustic backyard session. Once the live recording was broadcasted, Noah and Miley received tons of positive comments for their voices that naturally complement each other.
