The mega model Gigi Hadid returned to social media after having a baby girl with Zayn Malik.
While the 2020 presidential election was going on, Hadid took to Instagram to encourage her followers to vote. The new mother posted a series of photos of herself wearing a specially designed “VOTE” T-shirt, both urged people to get their voices to be heard by voting and showed that she was quite fit shortly after the birth.
Alongside the photos, Hadid announced that she had voted absentee last week with her newly born daughter next to her for an American she wanted to see. The model added:
“But not just for us- for fellow Americans that are less privileged, with hope for a nation that is unified, that is empathetic, & for a leader that is compassionate.”
The model, who frequently shares posts on social issues, reminded her fans and followers that a week and a half left to vote early. And she continued her message in all capital letters:
“IF YOU’RE VOTING EARLY I’M PROUD OF YOU.
IF YOU MAILED IN YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT I’M PROUD OF YOU. (If you dropped it off at your County’s Board of Elections Office or at an Early Polling Site I’m proud of you!)
IF YOU’RE GOING TO THE POLLS ON NOVEMBER 3RD I’M PROUD OF YOU.”
At the end of her message, Hadid asked Instagram followers to share their plans concerning voting.
Besides, the sibling, Bella Hadid also shared Gigi’s above-mentioned photos by adding three heart emojis, through Instagram Stories.
