Camila Cabello took a new action to encourage her fans to exercise their right to vote; she posted a boomerang video of herself pointing her t-shirt with “VO-TE” that was specially designed by Levi’s and call out her followers to check their voter registration.
Cabello, who has just finished the filming of Sony’s adaptation ‘Cinderella,’ captioned the said video as follows:
“Finally home. 😻 taking a phone break but just wanted to pop in to say HELLO !!!! Because we got a job to do!”
The singer, whom recently has been described as one of the most talented musicians by her boyfriend Shawn Mendes, also added two informative images alongside the video, and concluded the caption:
“Voter registration deadlines are right around the corner and it’s our responsibility to show up and make sure our voices are heard in this election. Registration deadlines are happening now so double, triple, quadruple check your voter registration status right now!!!!!”
As widely known, the former member of the girl band ‘Fifth Harmony,’ teamed up with HeadCount which is the national non-profit organization that works with musicians, to urge people to vote in the United States upcoming presidential election, and to promote participation in democracy.
