The singer & songwriter Machine Gun Kelly, has been nominated for MTV Video And Music Award for Best Alternative the other day, for the first time.
In order to release the news, Kelly, posted a video to his Instagram account and wrote as a caption:
“Just got the text that we got our first VMA nomination ever!!!!!”
After expressing his excitement about the first-time-ever nomination, and thanked all the fans, and of course, MTV:
“I’m tripping out because I’m at dinner with my pops and my aunt right now R.I.P. this all a blessing and a sign. If you ever watched this video thank you, @mtv thanks for the nomination, to my fans: This is a voter award so go vote, and let’s take one home !! 🌪🔥”
Later, MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, showed gratitude to his newly-girlfriend, Megan Fox. As might be remembered, the romance rumors arose at the time the ‘Bloody Valentine’ music video released, and weeks before, the couple confirmed they have been in a relationship.
The ‘Bloody Valentine’ singer wrote, by calling Fox as “my beautiful lady:”
“…and to my beautiful lady: Thank you for being in the video and singing my own lyrics 100,000 times better than me.”
Following the post, the well-known musicians jumped into the comment section and to congratulate Kelly. Here are some of them.
